    They did not grow.

Echinacea Roots - Pink Double Delight

Store owner replied: Hello Sid Z. Thank you for sharing your experience with these roots, and we are sorry they didn't grow as expected. A later spring planting can make establishment more challenging, as dormant roots have less time to develop before summer heat arrives. Echinacea prefers full sun and well-draining soil, with the crown at or just below the soil surface and consistent moisture while establishing without remaining soggy. We are glad we were able to provide a resolution so you can try again earlier in the season next year or choose something else that will thrive in your garden, and we hope your next planting brings much happier results!

When I opened it, the root was so so small, not even viable and of course nothing has come up now that it’s summer time—what a waste of my $30!

Other roots in the same order sprouted, but this one never came to life. Disappointing for the price for one root!
