    The seeds didn't germinate.

    Standing Cypress Seeds

Store owner replied: Hello Gloria M. Thank you for your review of Eden Brothers! We greatly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. It's so important to have feedback like this so we can continually improve our products and planting instructions. Standing Cypress seeds often struggle to germinate when planted in summer, because they naturally sprout best in cooler, moist conditions. Hot, dry summer soil can cause the seeds to dry out before they establish. For better results, these seeds are usually sown in fall or very early spring so they can take advantage of cooler weather and seasonal moisture, leading to stronger germination and growth. After speaking with our Customer Service Team, it seems we were able to assist you with this. Thanks for your time in sharing your experience with us!

Purchased these seeds a few years ago and they are amazing!! I have so many standing cypress now; I planted them over a 2 year period and now they have naturalized in my garden. No watering needed and the deer don’t seem to like them. I leave the seeds on so that I can spread them around my property. It is very dry where I live and the soil is poor and the deer are plentiful so it’s hard to find flowers that will grow. They do best in full sun but I have some in partial shade that grow, not as tall and they grow slanted towards the sun but they still grow. So glad I found these seeds!
