Specimen received was weak. Despite my best efforts to make it survive, it turned to mush.

Based on this flower, I would definitely buy more bearded iris from Eden Brothers. I was almost shocked at how healthy it was. The blooms are very rich in color, but the color is exhibiting more burgundy that reddish brown, however, my apricot and peach roses all bloomed baby pink this year and it took over a month of blooms to get to their normal colors, so it may be a weather issue. I won't know about the true color of this iris until later in summer.
