This is my first attempt to grow broccoli and I'm still cautiously optimistic. The Calabrese variety seemed a good choice. Planted the seeds at several intervals to spread out harvest. Several plants have grown about 20" talk, very healthy looking but no broccoli heads. I'm going to try to move a couple of the smaller ones to where they have more space to see if that helps. Some were planted almost 4 months ago and still haven't produced the crowns we love. Will keep hoping for the temperatures and conditions to be favorable to full production. The seed came up well, I thinned out when a little bigger but still not getting the end product. Keeping fingers crossed (almost July ).
