    Carnation Seeds - Orange Sherbet

Store owner replied: Hello Kim. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that none of your Orange Sherbet Carnation seeds germinated. We understand how disappointing that is, especially after looking forward to adding them to your garden. Carnations can be slower and a bit more particular to germinate than many annual flowers. They perform best when sown very shallowly with consistent moisture and moderate temperatures, and factors such as fluctuating soil moisture, excessive heat, or planting depth can all affect germination. Even so, a complete lack of germination is not the result we would expect. We are glad we had the opportunity to assist you and appreciate you working with our Customer Care team to reach a resolution. We hope you'll enjoy much better success with your next planting, and thank you for giving us the opportunity to help!
