Customer photo review of Dahlia Seeds - Unwins Bedding Mix

I haven't bought the seed mix, but I bought the Border Mix tubers. I honestly had so-so results with that mix (one of the better ones is the purple dahlia in the background of my picture), but Eden Brothers' grower accidentally included one dahlia type that didn't look like the others. When I reached out, customer service noted that it looks like the Unwins mix, and I agree! Definitely going to buy a packet of these seeds. The Unwins dahlia was far and away the biggest pollinator magnet in my garden this year.

this was my first time growing dahlias from seeds. i am definitely not disappointed they pretty much all sprouted. they started blooming first week of july! and i have so many buds!

Dahlia Seeds - Unwins Bedding Mix

These were really easy to grow. This was my first time growing dahlias and I am amazed. I started indoors and moved out Memorial Day weekend. All of my starts thrived. I pinched some as an experiment and the pinched ones grew bushier and produced far more flowers than unpitched (pinched one pictured). Overall fun color mix, very easy to grow, and the bees love them!
