Customer photo review of Gladiolus Flower Bulbs - Butterfly Mix

These are beautiful! The pictures are from the first year of blooms after planting in the spring. I am so excited to see how they continue to naturalize over the coming second and third years. I Iove how I didn't know what colors would show and look at the the display so far: yellow, red, fuschia, yellow with red, and this gorgeous orange. I purchased the 20 bulbs, and I have had success with all of them so far. A couple (like 3 or 4) are smaller than the rest but still bloomed or will bloom. I am sure they will grow more prominent in the second year. I see people in my neighborhood stop in front of my house to gawk at my gladiolus. I don't blame them because I do the same thing whenever I am out in front of my house. The colors are so brilliant you can see them from down the block. My mother always purchased gladiolus from the grocery store when I was little; now, I have them in my garden, and I can think of her every time. These flowers make me so happy!

The bulbs were noticeably small when I was planting them, and now the few that have flowered are pretty weak. Won't order them again!
