    I finally had success with these seeds this year. I did all the tricks to get them to start early inside last year, but those that did germinate never made it to maturity. I was very disappointed. So I tried direct sowing in the garden in late winter with the few seeds I had left, and that worked beautifully! I now have tall stems for cutting, and the flowers are exactly as pictured-very enchanting. So if you try these, don’t baby them; just direct sow outside.
