Daffodil Bulbs - Jetfire Daffodil & Grape Hyacinth Mix
Store owner replied: Hello there. Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear the mystery gift didn’t meet your expectations. We understand the timing may feel off, especially in colder regions like New York. While it’s true that fall-planted bulbs are typically planted earlier, many varieties, like daffodils and grape hyacinths, can still thrive if given a proper chilling period. Even if the ground is frozen, these bulbs can be planted in pots with good drainage and placed outside or in an unheated garage to simulate natural winter conditions. We’ve found that some customers enjoy the chance to get their hands in the soil during the quiet gardening months, but we truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts and will keep this in mind as we review future gift selections!
I received these bulbs in Dec. and planted them following the directions in a 2 separate pots. As of this month nothing has grown. I was so looking forward to enjoying them when they bloom but I am so disappointed that it has happened yet.

Daffodil Bulbs - Jetfire Daffodil & Grape Hyacinth Mix
Store owner replied: Hello Sabrina C. Thank you for your review of Eden Brothers! We greatly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. It's so important to have feedback like this so we can continually improve our products. Some times the temperatures in containers will keep them warmer and they need a really good cold stratification period to come up as expected. After speaking with our Customer Service Team, it seems we were able to resolve this for you. Thanks for your time in sharing your experience with us!
I planted 70 of these last fall and every bulb came out bursting with bright colors and fullness now. They lined my driveway beautifully. I will be planting more of these this fall again!!

I received my tulip/hyacinth bulbs yesterday. I ordered the mix, however I thought that I would receive them in separate bags. They were all in one bag. They look identical, no way to tell between the bulbs. Reading the planting instructions for the 2 different plants, they are not exactly the same. One is planted in compost, the other not. One 6" deep, one 4" deep. One in groupings, one separately. I can only wait until spring to see what comes up where?

I was looking forward to these blanketing the area I planted them in (closely following all directions on this site), and so far I have 8 hyacinth and 3 daffodils that think I am worthy of their presence. Not sure what happened to the rest of them.

Store owner replied: Hello, Catherine Thanks so much for taking the time to let us know about your Daffodils and Hyacinth! We've had a rather mild winter, so they may just need a bit more time of cold before they really perform well for you. That being said, we're happy to have resolved this issue with Customer Service. We'd love to hear how these do through the rest of this Spring as your feedback helps us continue to improve our products.
I ordered these in early January2020 as a last minute decision to put these in a flower bed I made around my mailbox recently....I live in Arkansas and I've bought and planted bulbs in the December/January months before...I wanted the bulbs to go in first and then tuck in small perennials and annuals for a burst of color and to hide the dying foliage so I saw these bulbs at 50% off and took a chance....they arrived within a week and are very nice and healthy looking!! I like to buy bulb "sets" as they usually compliment each other when 2-3 bulbs are combined.... Going to get them planted as soon as it dries out enough...just had a storm come thruðŸ˜so maybe in a couple of days! I'll come back and do a review after they come up!

I just recieved these bulbs and planted them. It was perfect timing as I live in NC and we just recieved almost 2 weeks straight of rain. I can say that the bulbs were all a very nice size, healthy and in good condition. I look forward to spring when they come up!
