Making a wonderful show in the cool-season garden, Ornamental Kale Crane Pink was developed for several reasons, including its spectacular pink color. Well known in the floral industry, ornamental kale is used as a fun pop in seasonal flower arrangements. Growing these cuties has been made all the easier with the Crane series, as they have been bred to be more uniform in habit, flower size and color. Plant closely together for that fun front of the garden or border placement in your spring or fall garden.

  • • Best grown in the spring or fall since hot weather inhibits leaf color and causes the stems to elongate
  • • Consider a fall planting as they can stand temperatures well below freezing
  • • Keep well watered in the garden or in containers
