I live in zone 9b and I planted all of the varieties of Passiflora that Eden Bros sells. Our summers are nice and warm here, and I planted them in an area that receives sun at least 6-hours a day during the summer season. I followed the directions exactly, but not one single seed germinated. As much as I love this variety of flowers, I’m hesitant to try again. They were a total let down.

Passiflora Seeds - Blue Passion Flower
Store owner replied: Hello Sophie. Thank you for your review of Eden Brothers! We appreciate you sharing your experience, as feedback like this helps us improve. Passiflora seeds can be slow to germinate, often taking one to six weeks. At lower temperatures, germination can take much longer. Factors like hard seed coats, inconsistent warmth, or excess moisture can affect results. We recommend scarification, using a heat mat, and maintaining even moisture with good drainage. In Zone 6b, seeds should be started indoors early, and plants overwintered inside due to cold sensitivity. We're glad our Customer Service team could connect with you to offer tips and a resolution. Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your experience!
I tried twice to get these to germinate with no luck. I haven’t used every one of the seeds yet but I’m not optimistic. These are my favorite flowers so I’m disappointed
