I sowed 5lbs in April and they look great. Lots of color. I'm happy with the purchase. I'm in the western piedmont of NC.

I mixed my seeds with soil and sowed that way. I likely should have done more soil, as they are pretty dense. That said, they bring me such joy. This will be a yearly purchase for me.

These are wonderful, I received them for Christmas, put them in the freezer and planted them in my planter box and they look amazing. They are planted alongside some vegetables and I am so pleased with them. Every week a new flower pops up and looks great!!

We planted this in 2024 spring. The seeds germinated very quickly. I just tossed them onto some pretty rich soil we had been working on. My husband makes compost out of wood chip and manure. We had rudbeckia and a couple things by fall of 2024. This spring, 2025, it's an explosion! Lots of beautiful sweet William and batchelors button so far this spring. We love it!

Store owner replied: Hello Ali. Thank you for your review of Eden Brothers! We greatly appreciate you sharing your feedback, so we can better meet the needs of our customers. We see your interaction with our Customer Service Representative from this older order and see that you covered the planted seed with soil and straw. Our seeds need light to germinate, so only the seeds that can tolerate being covered a little came up for you. We are sorry this happened and it's one of the reasons we put so much into our planting guides and instructions: Planting Annual and Perennial Wildflowers. Thanks for your time in sharing your experience with us and hope you have a beautiful gardening season!
I planted 2 acres in front of my house this year. I was afraid I was too late when I finally had time to do it in early June (which is full on summer time in Florida) but within 6 weeks the flowers are blooming beautifully and 4 feet tall in many places. They are also doing well competing against the goose grass. My only complaint is that the only colors blooming are yellow and orange but perhaps the others colors will bloom next year as many are perennials.

On year two of our wildflower section of our yard and they look even better than last year! So many colors. My kids love see what has newly bloomed!

It has not been our best year in the garden-weather very uncooperative. But this mix is always a star! Variety and changing flowers as the season goes on. Bonus where we didn't replant this year, we had a glorious stand of Black Eyed Susans fill the space with some echinacea bonus. These have never been a success for us, so this was really special. Your combinations and strong seed is just a delight!

On the Southeast wildflower mix for 1lb it says 29% off.You are giving $5.50 off which is approximately 12.5%.At 29% off it should cost $32.33.All sale prices are wrong.I'm not buying any seeds with wrong prices

I planted this mix a year ago and I got beautiful beautiful blooms this spring and summer however they are all black eyed Susans, maybe a few cone flowers and Indian blankets. I’m wondering if different ones will bloom at different times and how I should take care of the ones that are dying off in this heat. I’m in Durham North Carolina

I bought this mix last fall and it had a great mix of native plants. This year maybe it changed it's all Sulfur Cosmos that sprouted, which are invasive in the Southeastern US. I recommend including a disclaimer on this mix so people aren't destroying local flora planting large fields of this stuff. I have a lot of work to do now to get rid of them.

Store owner replied: Hello Dave. Thank you for your review of Eden Brothers! We greatly appreciate you sharing your feedback, so we can better meet the needs of our customers. While most of our customers love the ease of this mix, which is known to grow well in the Southeast, we understand your frustration and feedback. Please know we as a company are working on sourcing more native mixes. We do list all of the contents of our mixes, and we recommend each customer check in with their local agricultural office to check for anything invasive in each area. That said, we wish for all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. After speaking with our Customer Service Team, it seems we were able to resolve this for you. Thanks for your time in sharing your experience with us!
This mix would really be great if they took the Cosmos out. They took over the whole area and crowded out the other species. They also grew over 7 feet tall.

Pretty and easy to grow, but 80% of what blooms is just orange, yellow, and purple cosmos. I’ve seen a few five spot and a cornflower here and there, but the cosmos and coreopsis just take over!

I planted these wildflower seeds 3 years ago in a long 70' x 6' strip of poor red clay soil in full sun that lined my property. I am not a very successful gardener so I had little expectations of success. But I was proven wrong. The first summer the blooms were largely the blue cornflowers, which were still absolutely stunning as they grew to over 5' tall and lasted for many months. The second summer bloomed quite a bit more - cornflowers, columbine, coneflowers, blanket flowers, sweet asyllum and more. My wildflower patch was a riot of color and absolutely stunning. The garden is just starting to bloom again (3 years after planting) and I am so excited to see the lupines finally beginning to blossom. Be patient with this seed mix as it takes 2 to 3 years for some of the varieties to bloom. I will definitely purchase again - it I ever need too. Follow the planting and care instructions and you can't go wrong. My one piece of advice is to not remove the wildflowers too soon after they die down. Let them shed their seeds before you cut them down as you prepare your garden for the winter. You can even leave them for the winter as they provide food for the birds and valuable shelter for other critters.

This mix went into heavy red clay soil and created a wildflower border. The border runs the gamet from full shade to full sun and the flowers are beautiful throughout. So far the cosmos, blanketflowers, and bachelor buttons have come up. Excited to see the lupines and other come up throughout the season. Will buy again. Very hardy and gorgeous mix.

I have been ordering seeds from several different vendors since I moved to Florida a few years ago, this year I ordered from Eden for the first time,i placed a very small order and my seeds were shipped and delivered very fast,i am very happy with the quality, quantity and courteous service,i planted these Southeast wildflowers and they sprouted within a few days,so happy with doing business with Eden that I just placed a very large order for all my flower and veggie seeds for the season,i will be buying all my seeds from Eden in the future.

So far, I've had 13 of the varieties pop up. I broadcast them directly into the soil back in may/June and just watered them until they sprouted. They have taken off! I am 5'7 and most of the Cosmos are taller then me with my arms in the air! My neighbors comment on them all the time. And boy do they attract the pollenators! We have tons of bees, butterflies, moths, hummingbirds, and so much more. I have gained so much enjoyment with so little effort. Absolutely in love with what's grown so far. I wish I could share some pictures.

At first I was disappointed because I only had orange flowers. However not any more. They are beautiful. so many colors... I hope the cars passing by on our little country road enjoy them as much as we do. They are very showy and so pretty from our sun room. Have had fun watching them grow. Planted them May 18th and they are doing well. i kept a few seeds out and shared with a friend.

I was concerned because we planted these seeds last fall and then had a very warm December, so they started to grow. Then came the cold. But they have survived and are continuing to grow beautifully, and we are starting to see some buds. I can't wait to see what our new wildflower garden looks like in a few weeks.

I literally threw these seeds out into our front yard late November. Now come March, we have seen at least 5 varieties bloom. Beautiful vivid colors. We are very pleased and will order again.
