I don't want to leave 1 star because I'm happy with this company but I also found problems with these seeds, same situation they don't grow but they look beautiful and absolutely to have I already bought two packs and nothing I'm tempted to buy another pack even if it's already May 10th

I direct sowed these in early spring in a full-sun raised bed with compost-amended soil, zone 7. Only one grew, and it struggled. In the end it managed to produce a single flower that was very pretty, but not worth the effort by along shot. I saw from another review that this may just be a dud seed. I'll try another variety and cross my fingers.

I ordered 35 different varieties and have planted 23 so far. I am getting wonderful germination rates and am having so much fun - like having babies! However, not one single Golden State has germinated and was planted at the same time as the others. I'd say failure with 1 of 23 is not bad, but believe this particular seed was bad, as there is not a single plant while all the others are 2-4 inches up.
