Customer photo review of Zinnia Seeds - Queeny Lime Red

These grew well (not all germinated) and had strong stems and beautiful flowers, but not the double blooms I was hoping for. My friend purchased them from another supplier and had all double blooms.

Customer photo review of Zinnia Seeds - Queeny Lime Red

These had great germination and produced beautiful flowers. They have a muted color that changes as the flower ages. They had tall, strong stems and large sized blooms and lots of them! Be aware of the color if you cut for arrangements. It was a challenge to find other flower colors that paired well with these but they were still pretty . They Would be great with the Envy or just alone with some greenery. I enjoyed every stage of their growth.

Fell in love with these flowers! Mixed with some Envy Zinnia...just beautiful and lasted forever! Took pictures and master gardener told me not to expect the same response this spring as these are likely a hybrid and will not rebloom with such variety of color. I'm going to be hopeful!

Loved this variety! Beautiful muted shades, gave an antique or vintage feel. The germination rate was fantastic too. I’ll be planting these again and again.

This is my second year attempting to grow this variety and hardly ANY of this variety grew. I think of the whole packet I have 3 red plants. The yellow and orange lime varieties however were quite prolific.

Zinnia Seeds - Queeny Lime Red

Store owner replied: Hello Bridgette. Thank you for leaving us a review. We are sorry that this variety has been difficult to establish for you, especially after giving this variety a try for two growing seasons and seeing your other Queeny Lime zinnias perform so well. Different cultivars can sometimes vary in vigor even when they're grown under the same conditions, and germination can also be influenced by soil temperature, moisture, planting depth, and weather during establishment. However, seeing strong results from the Yellow and Orange Lime varieties grown alongside it is helpful information, and having only a few Queeny Lime Red plants establish is understandably disappointing. We appreciate you sharing your experience and are glad we had the opportunity to provide resolutions for both of your plantings. We stand behind our products and truly appreciate you giving us the chance to help, and we hope the rest of your Queeny Lime zinnias continue filling your garden with beautiful color!

My partner and I have been gardening and growing veggie's, fruits and flowers for over 5 years. We grow zinnias every year with great success. This year we decided to try what I would call “unique” zinnia variety’s from this company. We spent just under $100 for around 14 packets of “unique to me” variety’s. Sadly that was the worst choice to make. We planted all 14 packets with not a single production. I was heartbroken to have no zinnias this year and even more upset that expensive seeds did NOTHING!!!! Stick to your local seed selling shops and buy the basic zinnias that will have your garden full of colorful blooms and all the pollinators. I did read a few bad reviews before purchasing but decided to give them a go regardless, but I’m here to say do not waste your money or your time on any of these seeds.

These zinnias are growing like champs. The color is less red and more blush, but it could be the intense heat we've been having.

Seeds germinate rate is good, but the size of the flower are so small and not the one I was hoping (size is hardly 1.2-inch flower) Did not like.

Zero germination out of many many packs of seeds this summer. The standards were just fine.

These zinnias were amazing- actually I just threw some seeds down- no special care and I barely watered them in Florida sand and up they popped. The color is amazing - like an antique satin with so many muted hues. I’m ordering more for sure. I disagree with other reviews - this is a distinctive flower for sure

Zinnia Seeds - Queeny Lime Red

The pictures look like a gorgeous and unique flower everywhere on the internet. They are awful. The “red” is a dull and dark brownish burgundy. The “lime” Is a dull gold brown. The whole effect is depressing. I feel sorry for these flowers. I’m really annoyed that I bought the seeds and spent my resources growing them. I want zinnias for their cheerful brightness. Unless you have a gothic, death themed garden skip theses.

The color is nothing like you will see in any picture in any seed catalog. Picture shows a beautiful lime green center surrounded by bright red. What you actually get is a dull brownish burgundy with a dull and muted gold/green. So ugly. I’m so disappointed as I love the vibrancy of zinnias and I really loved what the photos showed. Unfortunately due to money grubbing and marketing someone thought promoting this plant was a good idea. They could get favorable reviews by promoting it for a gothic death garden. It’s plain old ugly and depressing. If I didn’t have fond feelings for plants I’d rip them right out of the ground immediately.
